Botanicare® Rolling Green – Longboard Skateboard – Tray promotion

In celebration of Botanicare’s new line of Hydroponic trays and reservoirs, we will be giving away a collector’s edition Botanicare® Longboard Skateboards.  There will be a winner drawn every week during the promotion period of September 1^st, 2011 8:00 am, MST through December 31^st, 2011 10:00pm, MST.

It’s easy to enter!  Simply go into your local Hydroponic store/Botanicare retailer and scan the QR code attached to any of the Botanicare line trays or go to Enter to WIN and fill in the required information for a chance to win.

Weekly winners will be selected at random on the Monday of the following week at 10:00 am MST, from all valid entries received during the contest time frame. You can start entering September 1, 2011 at 8:00am MST!

Contest Overview

To enter as a potential contestant in the Rolling Green-Longboard Skateboard-Tray Promo, simply scan the QR code or go to http://www.hydroponic-gardening-supplies.com/news/rolling-green/ click the Enter to Win button and fill out the required information.

We’ll select one name from the drawing on the Monday of the following week, each week (17 weeks total) and that lucky contestant will win a new Botanicare® Longboard Skateboard.  Each winning contestant will have the name of the retail store and the representative on their form and they too will win a Botanicare® Longboard Skateboard. There will be a total of 17 Longboard Skateboards at the MSRP value of $100.00 each board total value of the contest $1,700.00

You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and a US citizen (excluding Puerto Rico and Rhode Island). This contest is void elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law.  Employees of Botanicare, subsidiaries and affiliates, are ineligible to participate or win.  Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

This contest is void where prohibited by law.  Winners will be notified by email or by phone.  If a winner is unreachable after 7 days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.  “Prizes are provided “as-is”, with no warranty, express or implied”.  Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.

American Agritech, dba Botanicare is not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the contest.  Botanicare is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries.

Botanicare reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest in the event that the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest.

Allow two weeks for prize delivery via FedEx.  All prizes will be sent to the address the winner submits on entry form.  Prizes are non-transferable.  No substitutions or cash redemptions.  All taxes and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Winner will be notified by email.  If winner cannot be contacted, if any prize is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with the Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting.  Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.  Limit one prize per person or household.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
